Aw numptyknownothing, thanks for thinking of me.
I'm OK, but workload's been crazy this term.Might try to get back on here more regularly next term.
Mortgage coming down gradually. If I'm allowed to include the payments that will happen as soon as the banks reopen after Christmas, then I've now got another £100 off FL1, and another month off my MFD.
Latest mini-milestone is that the (total less ISA) is now below £86k.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Thanks icontinuetodream. Hope your 2013 is wonderfully money saving too.
Just thought of something else I can add to my many mortgage graphs.
Now the graph showing the mortgage coming down (and projected into the future all the way to the MFD) also shows the ISA coming up to meet it. That way I can have graph joy even when I am sensible and put money into the ISA rather than off the mortgage or loans.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Getting caught up on laundry today. Then I can hang things up to dry for free instead of resorting to the tumble dryer when we've all run out of clean clothes.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Been catching up on my spreadsheet. It's looking quite good, despite Christmas spending.
I'm looking forward to the end of the tax year now. That's when I'll be sweeping most of the contents of my savings account across into the ISA. Of course, it depends how much I spend on building work in the meantime, but it's looking as though I may have £3k or even £4k to sweep across, which makes me feel that I'm coming within reach of getting "Total less ISA" down a lot nearer £80k.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49
