Just a quick drop in to say how well you're doing and keep up the good work! You're in for the long haul but it's great to see you chipping away at the debt owed. Have a lovely half term Lois!:)Jan 2013-£140,231.65

Thanks for posting, OM and fothers  (And hello there to MWC and thanks for thanking )
I spent ages yesterday trying to get my master spreadsheet sorted. I've done all the bank accounts, and they're all fine, but the credit card is still to do today, and so is the gift aid. But I have done the mortgage page.
So now I can update my sig. I'm not sure quite what had happened to it. I think when I paid £500 off FL1 at the end of March, I must have updated the totals but not the dates. Anyway, here's the updates:
Regular mortgage payment went on 26 Apriland another one will go on Tuesday once the bank holiday is over
EF has earned some interestbut only a few quid
Santandr 123 account hasn't earned any interest or cashback because I didn't move enough DDs in timebut should earn some for May
Have paid £250 off FL2
And the results of all this are that:
Mortgage is now under £71k
Total owed is now under £87k
Total-ISA-EF still under £80k and has gone down a bit
Projected MFD is now in 2038 not 2039
I have paid some £1800ish for electrical and plumbing work, so v pleased the sig numbers are not suffering too badly from that. Target of keeping total-ISA-EF under £80k still looking achievable, I hope.
Off to update sig nowStarting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Thanks Alchemilla, TYO, Radish and MWC for posting and thanking.
Tonight I am grateful for
1) Half term (again)
2) Sunshine (again)
3) DS and DD playing nicely again today
4) Walk in park with DD
5) DD going through a phase of coming up to me and hugging me at random times - it's rather sweet, although not absolutely always convenient!Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Lovely slow unpressured start to the morning today. The weather's not as nice as yesterday, but plenty of gaps in the cloud so not too bad. Have to see how it turns out later.
Still, much as I've enjoyed pottering about so far, I don't want to fritter away the whole day. Time to make a to do list, I think. Beginning with "wake DD up" - it's gone 10 already!
Edit: list made
[STRIKE]Morning: 6 items (including wake DD up)[/STRIKE] All completed
[STRIKE]Afternoon: 5 items (including 2 relating to money spreadsheet)[/STRIKE] All completed
[STRIKE]Evening: 4 items[/STRIKE] All completed
Let's see how many of them I can get done.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

Well, it took me until 4pm to get my "morning" list done, but they're all complete. Let's see how much of the afternoon list I can do. I'll start with the spreadsheet bits, I think. I want the whole thing to be up to date by this evening, so it's ready for me tomorrow when my mortgage payment goes out and part of my emergency fund gets its interest.Starting again 13/4/19Home loan 1: £21,102.50 Home loan 2: £7,698.99Total owed: £28,801.49

I hadn't realised that *interest* was affected by having DDs? I know you need a minimum balance of £1k before you get any...0 -
Enjoy the half term, you are doing brilliantly!Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0
