Hi everyone
Thanks as ever the MrsM, Rosieben and Pink for the thread
After my rash promise to keep up with last months thread I completely didn't ... oops!
Must try harder! Unsure of total grocery spends for April as I did a lot of stocking up (due to a certain grabbit) but I do think i stayed in budget
Can I be put down for £250 for May please? Am now planning for £50 per week starting Sunday, so this will account for my shopping until 4th June  Anything left over will be split between Xmas and baby funds.
Good luck everyonePart time GCer, NSDer, Comper and (Bad)FlyladyA big shot is just a little shot that kept shooting ...0 -
Thanks for the new thread Pink, also big thanks to MrsM and Rosieben for all their hard work.
Please could you put me down for £200 again this month - I keep going over but am getting nearer every time.0 -
Hello Ladies
May I join in please? I should like to aim for £350 for May.
One of my problems is that, as we are both retired, 'im indoors' sometimes escapes and takes himself off to Mr T without asking permission. He then comes home with bargains (genuine ones) he has found but that I hadn't budgeted for. Don't mind this toooo much - it's the occasional 'I just fancied somes' that I find it harder to deal with......need to get him more involved I guess!!

Hello again! Can you please put me down for £200 please, and this month I must stick to it!I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Right I need to get back in this.
I'm in for £100 for two us for food as well as washing powder/cleaning products and loo rolls not that I need any of those products at the moment. As have shed loads in.
Alcohol comes out of own money and so does toiletries.
I have a freezer full. Just really need to buy frozen veg and fresh fruit.
Mind you I know I will forget to keep updating as I am like that. Rather forgetful:rotfl:

I'm new to this so I'm not sure what I'm going to need, but I've got £80 out in cash and i'm going to try and not spend it.
I'm moving into a new flat and don't have anything at all. I need to buy a sack of pots of the market for a fiver, but other than that there's only me so i'm sure I can manage comfortably. I want to buy some dried stocks this month and then half my budget next month.
This includes all purchases - clothes, food, cat fud, toilet roll - the lot.One of the hardest of all life lessons is this:
Just because I feel bad doesn’t necessarily mean someone else is doing something wrong.
Just because I feel good doesn’t necessarily mean what I am doing is right.0 -
