Atos medical results ?

Does anyone know how long it takes to find out how many points you got and if you have passed or failed?

This is my second medical. I passed roughly 6 months ago with 21 points, and have been receiving ESA

I had my medical 3 weeks ago and have rung the DWP twice and they say it is still with the decision maker.

I have been paid since then, which made me think I had passed, but now I don't know till I receive a letter.

Will I still get paid, until they make their decision? I have been up to now. If have failed, I hope I get the letter first, so it's not a big shock, by having no money in my account

usually if its slow you have qualified for benefit. They prioritise the ones that fail as its in their interests to get people of benefit as quick as possible. 3 weeks is long enough I think for a failure letter but I would say if you hear nothing after 6 weeks you are probably in the clear.

You will get paid until decision, if its a fail they wont take back money already given to you but payments will be ceased with immediate affect.

Thank you. I found out I had passed last time by ringing and was told over the phone.
They must be really busy at the moment.

several people that I know (and one is my husband) found out that they had failed the WCA when no money appeared in the bank and my husband was paid two weeks to the day after his WCA so being paid isnt an accurate pointer as to wether you have passed or failed but you will be paid till they decide the verdict on your WCA, I would suggest keeping a close eye on you bank account to make sure you have been paid every pay day so that you know ASAP if they have stopped paying you to minimise any problems that that will cause you.

I am currently awaiting my Atos Medical Assessment results and it's been 3 weeks now as well, but I have still been paid and when I rang up yesterday to check to see if they are paying me this thursday (as it goes in early this time) they said yes payment has been released and due to go in. I asked if they have made a decision and she said she couldn't disclose that over the phone and await a letter from themselves...which she said should be done soon.

Well, I have been payed again. But still no word from the DWP.
They said the same,
"we don't know yet - ring back next week"

I feel in limbo.

That's weird, i had to ring up to find my results, too a week or so later before i got the letter.
