    You've said you're appealing against a decision now, and that's as much as you can do at this moment in time. Hopefully you framed your objections to the original decision within the descriptors used in the LCW assessment saying why you feel you should have scored more points than you did, and pointing out any inaccuracies in the ATOS medical report.
    Being placed either in the Support Group or the Work Related Activity Group isn't something that depends on whether you're assessed to be fit or unfit for work. For example, many people are assessed as having limited capability for work and are placed in the WRAG and not in the SG.
    Perhaps you should consider seeing someone at the Citizens Advice Bureau if you need help in making an effective appeal.

    Didn't realise you were appealing, so sorry if I worried you. The tribunal will use the tests that were in force when the the decision you are appealing was made, so using "both hands" is still relevant.
