Funny how he manages to chase around after getting benefits, and give TV interviews.

Yes, benefit cheats are robbing the taxpayer of millions, BUT, the system put in place to weed them out, seems to be less than acceptable.
Doesn't mean we should do nothing though!

But you do get your ESA, as Two4Tuesday has already shown with your post history. So no idea why you state you get none when clearly you do.

I get in under appeal at the moment yes...

but how is right that i have to go through the appeals process with genuine disabilities yet alcoholics and drug addicts hell, even fat people get awarded it....

    how is that right?

Sadly the reason being that addictions are seen as an illness???

Can also be argued that alcoholics and drug addicts have a disability in that they cannot function without their daily fix.

I passed the medical, I suffer from severe depression, this is also classed as a disability.

What are your disabilities, if you don't mind me asking.

I have a deformed left hand, cannot even clean myself after using the toilet, i have severe fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.. i was happily working but it just got too much to bare, the conditions have ruined every part of my life.

and yes i typed this with one hand... so i expect a snide comment telling me to get a one handed typing job...

I can't see why people would make snide comments about your disabilities.

It just seems to be that ATOS dress down some conditions for unknown reasons.

I know what you mean about work becoming too much. I struggled through work for almost 3 years but with disastrous results. In the end I had to take my health more seriously than my job and I resigned just over 12 months ago.

    Good luck with your appeal

thats exactly what i did... it all just became far too much, i just couldnt work anymore, my attendance was lousy because i was just too ill to work...

i have to say too tho, its not just in failed medicals that ATOS tell lies....

I had a medical performed by ATOS for industrial injuries disablement benefit, I was awarded the benefit, but in the report it said " the customer was able to put back on his shoes and socks without assistance and also his coat and scarf"....

at no point in the medical was i asked to take off my shoes and socks, i wasnt wearing a coat and never in my life have i even owned a scarf....

    how is that right?

    So?
When someone states they have FACTS, they should be able to back up these FACTS. Neither you tube or the BBC is where FACTS are found.

So you are stating that there is nothing factual on either YouTube or the BBC? Have you got FACTS to back up that statement?
