    They DO refund postage if the product is faulty - up to £10 and possibly more if you contact customer services!

    It is the Law, faulty goods return cost is at the retailers expense, although I know some retailers will and do try in on. :)

  • RE: The DigiMate 1916 on Amazon... I sent them a mail (I'm thinking of getting another for my parents PC), asking to confirm if the model they supply has DVI input.

    This was their answer...

    Dear Customer
    Thank you for contacting Amazon.co.uk with your enquiry.
    As per our website Box Contents are as follows:
    =======================
    19" L1916 TFT Monitor
    Power cable
    Manuals
    =======================

    Which doesn't actually answer my question...
    So it either means it really doesn't come with DVI, or they couldnt be arsed checking for me. :rolleyes:

    Sorry I couldn't get a better answer.

    Two of the reviews on Amazon mention that DVI cables are included. Anyway it's cheaper now on Aria and they state explicitly that it has DVI input.

    I have now had three delivered for family use from Amazon. All have DVI input and came with cables.
