I've been offline since Monday as Virgin has had a problem on the network affecting internet and TV services.
The website is http://www.signstation.org and I'm trying to use the BSL dictionary resource which is only available to registered users - the other web videos are playing fine on other parts of the si. I have used it in the past and it always been fine.
Its currently downloading something .... so really hoping it works now :j

I've just done this and a message came up stating that I needed Adobe flashplayer, I clicked the link it offered and after downloading, it stated that the download had failed. Have tried 5x now and same happens each time.

Just to eliminate anything nasty being the cause, I would try installing and running malwarebytes (update before running and fix anything it finds) and hijackthis (just run, don't fix anything), then post the logs here.0

Try clearing the cache, in Firefox here's how: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Clear%20Recent%20History#w_how-do-i-clear-my-history
Then re-install Flash from the Adobe web site.0 -
Right well I have cleared my cache - actually using IE so google instructions.
Also ran HiJack - but each time its done it, it doesnt show me something I can cut and paste here. When I select "analyse this" as directed it sends me to a webpage giving me instructions relating to posting the info on forums.
Just checked the signstation website again and it is still not running - same as before "plug-in failed to initialise"
My laptop is also running increasingly slowly........... very frustrated!!!0 -
Click save log, then you can copy/paste from the log. Don't worry about the 'analyse this' button. Also make sure you run HijackThis as administrator.
Afterwards just run System Restore and restore to a date before all your problems, then do all the scans again.0 -
Maybe try Firefox now, I know its frustrating, but worth a try.0
