My next target is to start saving towards my own place. To rent or to buy will be my next question!!
Probably buy but you need a big deposit but if you rent you might as well be repaying a mortgage :cool:0 -

Have my eye on a little flat near to here. Now reduced to a fixed price of £60,000. These were selling for £70k plus before the credit crunch.
I have also been looking at shared equity deals. Need to shift my debt first!Debt now £48,000 in the form of a mortgage0 -

If I had the deposit, I think I would go for it. It is the perfect flat and certainly gives me something to save for.
Not sure what I will do with the cash as of yet as been distracted by payday. The joys of being a teacher... no working days in July but they still pay you.
Any plans for your Silverburn voucher?Debt now £48,000 in the form of a mortgage0 -

How about charity shops in a posh area for your work clothes. You can get some lovely stuff for a fraction of what you would pay for it new....I want a job that is less than an hour driving away from my house! Are you listening universe?
