Hi not been here for a while... but have a question for you guys.
Can I lose an inch in 10 days and roughly how much weight would that be in lbs please? In depserate need of help/advice.
Thanks0 -
Try a body wrap- they can usually take off an inch. Other than that I have no ideas... Try cutting out carbs too?:T0

Hi Hadley,
Have you looked at those body wrap things that you can get done at the beauty salons, that might be an idea for you. If you only have 10 days left until your wedding I would not try to crash diet too much as you don't want to make yourself ill.Married the man of my dreams - 10th September 2012, St Paul's Bay Lindos :jIt was amazing.0 -
Thanks Guys,
I need to lose it or I'll have a gap at the back of my dress  So worried now.
My fault as I got them to take the dress in and whilst I lost 1 inch I didn't lose the other. I know I can shift the weight, but not sure if that would result in me losing inches as well - does that make sense?0 -
Hadley, if you cut carbs you might be able to shift the inch as it might take any bloat down, maybe spanx would help too?0

Thanks everyone.. the gap is by the panel on the corset part of the dress.
I am going to do it.. at this rate the stress will make me lose. I just think losing weight doesn't necessarily mean you lose inches or am I wrong?0 -
I think if you lose weight you lose inches, but can lose inches without losing weight, which is why a lot of people dont bother with scales and just go by the feel of their clothes.0

I completely agree. Sometimes I can stay the same weight but my clothes and body look better. Simply just by eating healthier and exercising.
So I'm getting married in 24 days and my tea was a toastie and a plate of curly chips lol. You know when you just fancy certain things? Tonight was that night. Oops!Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0 -

Well done Wannabemrs you are really on track!
No weight loss for me again this week despite hitting the gym 4 times a week for the last two weeks and being reasonably sensible with my food.
Starting to get really down hearted again really need to do something to kickstart these next 7 pounds - I just can't shift them for love nor money!!Becoming Mrs L. Aug 2013!
