I was bad, very bad. in the past 2 weeks I have put on 2lb. Well hopefully that will shake me into action! :eek:

Been boxercise Wednesday (still aching from it) and gym and swimming yesterday. Spent 2 hours there! I really want to loose the 2 lb this week!

I need to start my weedding diet. I'm currently straining at the top end of a size 16, and would dearly love to be at the most a comfortable size 14 (though a 12 would be amazing). I think I probably have around 2 stone to lose to achieve this, and if I can get an extra stone off that would be a bonus.

Just wish the reception girls would stop bringing cakes in for charity...

How are all the other dieters getting on? I weighed myself this morning and have stayed the same, well, I put on weight a couple of weeks ago, but I've lost it this week so overall stayed the same.

Ok- lost 2lb, so back to 9st4. :j Have until 15th August to loose 4lb.
