    Oh, you're all doing so well!!!! I'm still 9st 7lbs, had a sneaky WI this morning :D I have no time for exercise atm bar the odd 5-10 minutes with weights in the house, so it'll be all diet for me for the next 10 days.

    I'm finally returning to this weight loss thread - after far too long of an abscene.

    My first dress fitting is in 6 weeks (16th August!) so its serious diet time.

    I have been very good this week

    Monday - Food - Breakfast - Bacon & beans (need to replace with scrambled egg in future)
    Lunch - Chicken Salad
    Dinner - Turkey with 1 small pototo and veg
    Snacks - 3 squares of chocolate (Bad parents bringing me home "treats)
    Exercise - Walking (1.5mil), and 10 mins of 10 min tone up DVD

    Tuesday - Food - Breakfast _ Cornflakes
    Snack - Banana
    Lunch - Ham, pineapple salad
    Dinner - Shepherds Pie
    Snack - 3 biscuits
    Exercise - 1hr swimming, and 10 mins of 1o minute tone up DVD

    Wednesday - Food - Breakfast - Cornflakes
    Snack - Banana
    Lunch - Ham & Pineapple salad
    Afternoon snack - A low fat yoghurt
    Dinner to be decided:
    Exercise plan - 30mins of aerobic exercise on wii fit, or a run (Depending on weather) and the 10 min tone up DVD

    I am now doing the DVD every night just before bedtime and making sure i do a least 10mins of other exercise - with 30mins - 1hr at least 3 times a week.

    I'm allowing myself some leeway in the diet for biscuits - otherwise i will crave in and eat Chocolate!

    Now i jsut to to brave the scales to see what my current weight is....

    That's a day after my fitting Lazer! :) need to be good, but soo tired as didn't get back from SCUBA until 1/2 11 last night. N didn't really have tea, so been bad today. :( think I am going to take it easy tonight, as I have a half day at work tomorrow, so can go after lunch to the gym.

    I definitely need to take it easy tonight, I sneezed and discovered my abs are in pain too! Might do my pilates dvd if I have the energy!

    the fitting is the incentive I need - but it will probably only last a week or so and i'll be bored of it again!

    The problem is that my loss is doable! It's 5lb. But if I keep thinking its plenty of time it soon won't be! I WILL do it- starting tomorrow! :rotfl:

    I will be happy if I lot 7lb more before the first fitting (and 7lb after too maybe!)

    I've been telling myself i'll start tomorrow for weeks lol!

    You are a lot thinner than me anyway so not as much to lose - my weight is in the double figures and no change of going into single figures - even if i lost 1st!

  • Got weighed yday im (hangs head in shame) 12st 11lb diet day 1 breckfast 1 low fat oatmeal and weat cookie about 80 cals
    lunch (bit naughy) - plain crisps and 2 slices of buttered bread 326 cals
    dinner - spag bol 456cal per meal (ate half)
    snacks - a naughty dairy milk
    drinks - coke woops cut this out 2moz 149 cals
    todays cal intake about 883
    excercise 4 miles walking xxx
