Welcome, mummyof3boys1girl, congratulations on deciding to get married! Most people seem to be eating healthily and trying to do more exercise, I'm on the Cambridge diet, but have gone up a step and am now cutting down on the shakes and trying to substitute healthy meals instead.
I got weighed last night, I did lose those 2lbs!0 -

I was bad last night, but onwards and upwards ay? Didn't help that tesco never delivered... :mad: no food in the house! Luckily we have scuba tonight, so have to have a quick cheese on toast at 6ish, n at least we have that!:T0 -
Well, sometimes you have to choose between your mood and your figure! So I had a crap day at work yesterday and came home and ate 2 slices of toast oops!
Oh well.

Thanks every1 u think im gonna start by walking everywere even though it makes the pain worse and then im gonna cut out coke and fizzy pop like 200-400 cals a drink to sparkling flavoured water which is 4 cals a 250ml drink cut out cakes chocolate and crisps and eat special k for breakfast and lunch abd a 400 cal meal for dinner c how that goes gonna start 2moz x0

Argh, I cannot move today! Did two hours of military fitness last night and now my legs and shoulders ache! Never mind, protein bar for breakfast and chicken and vegetable soup for lunch, yum!0

Well done findingmyownway! I used to do BMF, but I quit last year. Doing a 10 week session through my work just now, I'm enjoying it so I might end up going back to BMF afterwards.0
