Hey,
I have been at college so no compute during the day. I have also been really bad lately. Have to get back to sensible eating. We have food being delivered later which includes lots of healthy stuff so can get back on track.0 -
Hey guys! I went to an 8.30pm class tonight at the gym which never happens, spurred on by my first dress fitting this time next week ahhhhh!! Burped my dinner up the whole way through Body Attack, but feeling smug now! Really need a flat stomach for my dress, anyone got any flat tummy foods that they would recommend for me to eat all day next Wednesday???Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

Hey everyone,
I was ok with my eating yesterday. Had cocopops for breakfast, then lunch was carrot, cucumber, pepper & celery sticks, with grapes and strawberries plus some chilli ryvita minis. Then an apple as a snack. But then we had dinner at Nandos as we were going to a gig. Not so good but didn't have pudding. And only had a couple of drinks at the gig (despite there being cupcakes on sale!)
Today lunch and breakfast are the same things. Thinking of doing fajitas for dinner.
How is everyone doing? I have been really naughty the last couple of weeks, which means I have avoided WI too. Must do it tomorrow to give me the shock into sorting it out!0 -
Ive been doing really well this week so far but am really hungry today and struggling not to have a bag of crisps that I know are lurking in the cupboard!
I'm gonna weigh in tomorrow for the first time in ages too. Fingers crossed this week will have helped to combat a couple of weeks of sin!Becoming Mrs L. Aug 2013!

I'm still going strong since last Sat! I am utterly determined to keep this up - the wedding is ONE MONTH today, I can be strong for a month!
OH wants to go for dinner on Sat to use up a Groupon voucher (which is about to expire) - I'll go but will be very very good!

I'm struggling as usual but I have started doing a bit of exercise this week and have been back on cereal for breakfast, just fruit for lunch and a proper dinner. Still not shifting any weight though. Need to up the exercise and probably start tackling dinner0

Don't worry, you have 10 months! I wish I had 10 months lol!!!!!!!!! Although I couldn't keep up the no-booze and no-sweet-stuff motivation for that long xx7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs

Hi everyone,
Sorry I've been quiet as well, lots of family stuff going on!I'm struggling as usual but I have started doing a bit of exercise this week and have been back on cereal for breakfast, just fruit for lunch and a proper dinner. I feel your pain daisie! I've been tending to alternate good and really really bad days so I haven't dared weigh myselfPlus losing my Great Aunt and all the travalling around funerals meant I stuffed my face during all the long journeys
I'm going to start walking a couple of times a week to start me off excersizing again, working up to 4-5 times plus some Wii fit. Could you fit a couple of walks a week? It never feels like proper excersize but it really does make a difference.Don't worry, you have 10 months! I wish I had 10 months lol!!!!!!!!! Although I couldn't keep up the no-booze and no-sweet-stuff motivation for that long xx
If only!!! I can manage about 10 good weeks before I give in and start eating everything in sight. Thank goodness for my fitness pal I say, it means I keep an eye on what I'm eating so I don't go completely over the top!! Am cheering you on for next months deadline :T though, you can do it hon!Cross Stitch Cafe Challenger No. 26 :hello:XStitch to do list:-- Birth Sampler -- Christmas Angel -- Mum's Xmas Stitch -- Christmas decs 3 & 4 -- Xmas Bird ---- Snowflake Sonata -- Be Jolly -- JE Unicorn -- Start HAED!!! --0 -
Awwww, thanks!! I just have to believe in myself! I have been soooo good for the last 6 days, I think that one last push for the wedding is very doable so I am going to keep up the good work for the next 30. I HAVE to do this, I really don't want to look back on my wedding pics and think 'if only I'd been half a stone lighter'. A stone lighter would be even better but that's not going to happen, so I'm going to be realistic.
Not sure whether to allow myself an occasional treat in case it makes me fall off the wagon!
Hugs to you, and don't be too hard on yourself, sorry to hear about your great aunt xxxx7 Feb 2012: 10st7lbs14 Feb: 10st4.5lbs

Well I saw myself naked in the mirror accidentally this morning and thought I didn't look quite so gross as usual...so weighed myself and I've lost 2.5 lbs this week0
