Oh God, hope you can keep the buttons, I love the buttons on my dress!!! :) I have to lose a bit off my boobs/back as the chest on mine is quite snug, but I WILL do it. :D

Just been to Holland and Barratt (penny sale still on) and bought lots of supplements - acai + green tea, zinc, milk thistle and aloe vera colon cleanse. I'm hoping that they will help my weight loss and also make my skin look better :)

Thanks! While I thought I would love a corset to give me a tiny waist, when I tried it on the other day it already gave me a tiny waist! :)

I already drink green tea Wanchai, drinking five cups a day increases your metabolism the equivelant of 100 cals. But 1 cup won't burn 20... Unfortunataly! :rotfl:

Umm - did think about green tea etc. But don't really like the taste. Is it as bad as I remember??

I can only drink green tea if its really weak. Not sure if it still has the metabolism incresing properties if its not properly brewed?

i drink green tea quite weakly. i always think whether it's doing me any good or not, it is better than drinking regular tea or coffee.

i stood on the scales this morning and they said i have lost another 1lb...i looked at the state of myself in the mirrored wardrobe and i can't for the life of me see where it's come off from! i have not been eating as well as i should. i am blaming wedding stress! anyone having their wedding near august this year?? i am finding the stress starting to build now with less than 3 months to go. getting invites out, doing the wedding list, making decisions on food, evening food and canapes, trying to lose weight for a dress fitting and my job is really busy too. i am fit to be tied! please someone tell me i am not alone!!

also, does anyone know how many calories are in a foxes crunch cream?? i just had one and it was lovely! supposed to be going to zumba tonight to burn it off after i give piano lessons after work, but at the moment i am exhausted!!

I hate corset backs - no offence to anyone who likes them, but I knew all along that no way would I even consider having one. My dress also nips me in at the waist, which is perfect as I have a relatively small waist and big bum. :rotfl:

I don't like the taste either - can also only drink it weak. I quite like green tea with mint, though. Is that just as good?

Food so far today: 2 protein shakes and a portion of low fat Greek yogurt. Oh and all my new H&B capsules! :o I'm having nothing else until the restaurant and will try to be sensible! Only one glass of wine too! :o

No idea re calories, I'm off all biscuits until after the wedding! But don't worry, at least you didn't eat the whole packet :D

My dress has a corset back, which is good for me since I'll probably need to be pulled right in on my wedding day! And also a good point about how buttons can be fiddly to get out of at the end of the night! I was never fussed about having a corset back or buttons when I was looking for my dress. I figured since it was going to be behind me, I wasnt going to worry about it.
