Agh, I forgot to WI this morning!!! :rotfl: I'll do it tomorrow.
I don't have TOTM Hadley, as I take the mini pill and love it. No periods for me!!!
I am sooo hungry! All I've had today is 2 protein shakes. Am about to have some low fat Greek yog to take the edge off my hunger.
No gym tonight, I usually go walking with a friend on Tuesdays, we do about 4 miles.
My OH would have emailed everyone to invite them too, what are they like!!!! :rotfl:

I've been the same this afternoon, really resisting the urge to snack! Food's always the first thing I think of when I get bored, why can't it be something good I want to do, like exercise?0

Hadley - I know my totm definitely affects me as I want to eat everything in sight the week before, especially chocolate and its very hard to be good!
I'm really hungry now and only have crisps in the house and they are calling me. What is better - crisps or a slice of toast?Becoming Mrs L. Aug 2013!

I used to be on the mini pill. It was good. Other than the first totm when it didn't come! :eek: They forgot to mention that as a side effect! :rotfl:
N it made me put on weight.but apart from that!

I take the mini pill but still get TOTMbut so unpredictable, I hate being on it. I was on the normal pill but I had a migrane so they won't let me take it any more.

I'm on the normal pill, but a lot of the time I skip the 7 days that you're supposed to take a break.0
