Wanchai and Jo are making me feel bad with all the exercise they're doing so I suppose I should go to gym too. Must try and burn extra calories before the weigh in tomorrow!

DW stir! It's partly so any weight gain I can also put towards 'muscle'! :rotfl:

Hadn't thought of that excuse Jo... must remember it :rotfl:

Am so fed up now - afternoon is going crap and just want to go home. Don't want to go to weigh in at sW tonight - will be so depressed if I haven't lost as have been good. Just have a bit of a bad feeling - not sure why.:(

Yeah, tomorrow morning for me too! :)

Gym tonight. :) get off those few extra lbs! :rotfl:

But the dressmaker said my dress gave me a lovely shape, and that I didn't need to loose anything! :D

I forgot to say - that was so sweet of your DM! :A

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Ha ha ha!!! I like it :D

I am not really a gym person, I'd much rather be out walking/running with a friend, but my friends are all lazy apart from the one I go walking with every week. So the gym it is! I swear, I don't know where I am getting this single-minded weight loss determination from (OK, I do, it's from trying on my dress :o ) but I hope that it lasts for the next 8 weeks!!!!

It's useful to have some weights at home too, I have 2x 2kg weights that I use in the mornings and evenings sometimes, just when I remember really. Every little helps! :D

Hadley - aw, hope that you do lose this week, and even if you don't, resist the temptation to have a consolation cream bun! Just keep at it and it *will* come off xx :)

Right, am going to have my tomatoes now with a little salt and olive oil as I really am feeling very hungry. I love eating at my desk! :rotfl:

It's really not important how many lbs you loose, it's all about the inches anyway! Weight is just a rough indication. But if you have been good there is no reason to feel bad.

    Positive thinking! :)

I don't need to loose anything, but I feel my arms are a bit big, although I am also aware that they are not really, it's just my imagination! I think if I can convert some of the 'fat' to muscle they will look better.

N I could do with a flatter stomach for the honeymoon bikini! :)

I know, we are our own worst critics!! I've never seen a bride who didn't look lovely on her wedding day regardless of size (OK, maybe some of those joke ones that people post on FB with the really sl*tty dresses :rotfl:). And I know that I'm not that heavy either, but would feel more confident if my arms were more toned and slimmer. You can't spot-reduce, so the only option is overall fat loss. Oh and I need to lose a bit from my boobs and back! :o

You've lost so much already, that's amazing xxx

It's only just over a stone! If I put it in pounds it looks more! :rotfl:

Finally remembered to weight myself after work before eating or drinking anything and I've lost 3lb! :)

So so pleased, I have been so good recently so would have been devastated if I hadn't lost.

I agree about pounds looking more Jo, anything that helps to motivate is worth it.

I need to think about exercising to tone up as well, now I've got my eating under control again. There are some excellent before and after photos on the myfitnesspal forums of people who have toned up, actually gained weight but look amazing!

Em I feel your pain, just burned my mouth on my dinner :(
