    Well done Daisie :jIts such a motivation when you lose.

    So pleased for you Jo... great news about the buttons. They do look amazing. Can't wait to hear about the lace for your sleeves either. Hope whatever it is comes together.

    Well I have eaten fruit and veg the last few days as if its going out of fashion. So fingers crossed I'll have lost some - well would love it to 3lb (a 3lb club going at SW at the mo). We shall see. Not looking forward to getting weighed later as will cry if I haven't:( :rotfl:Fingers crossed for me please.

    I don't think I will have done at all well this week, well I know I have eaten loads of rubbish. Fingers crossed I can stay the same.

    Yeah, same here Em... Gone over my cals every day! :eek:

    Just had a slice of toast, n now got green tea. Finishe the pack now, so have to get some more... But I had coffee in Bed this morning from our new coffee machine! :o it was good! :D

    I'm STARVING. Wonder if it's the acai and green tea tablets? Off to the gym in a mo, to take my mind off it! :o Then back for another protein shake (fun). I'm getting bored of the shakes, but I keep reminding myself of my dress and the fact that my wedding is only 58 DAYS away. :eek:

    Good luck to you all for your WIs!! :D I always WI in the morning as the food and drinks that you consume during the day can affect your WI.

    daisiegg - don't be afraid to post your weight, we won't judge in any way! We're all struggling whatever our weight, so you are in good company here :) p.s. LOL at the doc! :rotfl:

    Isn't acai supposed to be an appetite suppressant? I didnt get breakfast until 11 today so I guess it will be a very late lunch for me today. Is it bad that I felt like I should still eat my lunch at 12?

    I'v already eaten my lunch.... :o

    Think I will go for a wonder at 1 though, maybe get a can of diet coke n a heathy-ish snack for before the gym. I forget I finished all my harvest cereal bars. :o

    Funny story on the Daily Mail/ independent (no idea where I read it) today, which said in order to loose weight skip breakfast, drink coffee and have cold baths! :rotfl:

    Well my day is just manic today. Got hardly anywhere with everything that needs doing, or at least it feels that way! Just having my soup (which I heated up too much and have burnt my mouth on! :( )

    Well, I went to the gym - lunchtimes are always a bit more rushed, but I burned 150 cals in 20 minutes on the exercise bike and also did about 15 minutes of free weights for my biceps and triceps (my arms really need toning). :D Then came back and had my boring protein shake. I have some vine tomatoes with me, might have them as a snack later to break up the monotony. :rotfl:

    I don't know actually, they said that acai + green tea are supposed to speed up your metabolism, so maybe that's happening and making me hungrier! LOL.

    In total, I'm taking zinc, milk thistle and acai with green tea 3 times a day each, and aloe vera colon cleanse at night. The girl in H&B is getting married 3 weeks after me and recommended them. She said to be careful that I don't lose too much with taking the acai, green tea and aloe vera all at the same time. Chance would be a fine thing! :rotfl:
