No, just best of both bread (healthy), Bertolli (healthy version) sugar, 1% milk and egg. N evaporated milk. It was stodgy and yummy!:T0

Hi Guys,
Just a flying visit as should be busy work... (apologises have not read the last few posts - don't want to appear rude, if I don't comment).
Lost 1.5lbs at weigh in last night. Pleased with it, but as I'd gain 0.5lb then 1 the last two weeks am only back where I was 2 weeks ago. Frustrated with myslef.
I need help today though as just want to eat - for the 1st time in about 6 months i have had a biscuit. Though did say no to the bacon sarnie run.0 -
Well done on your loss Hadley. Take it as a possitive and then stick to it. Y ou can do it
Just think that one biscuit can keep you going now for the next 6 months!

. Loosing 3lbs in a week is quite hard. I only managed it when I was ill, and ate hardly anything!
Not a very healthy way to loose weight though- so wouldn't recomend sickness as a diet plan!:T0 -
Haha I know what you mean Jo. I lost a lot one week when I had been ill for 3 days and eaten practically nothing. But the hardest thing is to then keep that off as it isn't a 'true' loss iyswim0

Don't worry about the biscuit - sometimes you have a day when you crave something SO much that it's best to give in and then you can move on mentally iykwim. And at least you only had one!!!

So supportive!! Feeling quite pleased I had the biscuit now as feeling more positive and happy to go on with my fruit and veg (need shares in a greengrocer at this rate) :rotfl: have had a pear, and salad in my roll and now having an apple. Still more fruit for this afternoon.

It is crazy the amount of fruit and veg we can get through. It is so expensive too. Anyone had an strawberries yet this year? I hate it when they are flavourless so don't want to buy them too early in the year.
Just having my soup, then have got pineapple, banana and apple for afters. Did give in and have one choc mini roll but that is still better than I had been doing.0
