I was at gym but there was a photographer there, and the flash gas given me a headache. Cos of all the mirrors it's magnified n everywhere!
So only done half my programme, n gone home with a headache.:T0 -

I went to an amazing party last night, had such a good time but must have eaten about 5000 calories :eek:
Free bar :eek: canapes coming round all night, sandwiches when we went home :eek: chocolate fountain! :eek: :eek: I'm still full :rotfl:
I'm already thinking of how I'm going to limit the damage. Will have to stick to my cals all week, preferably be under, AND exercise lots and not eat back the cals.... I won't mind not losing anything just as long I don't gain! Will start by walking to SIL2B's place later, should take at least 40mins

Morning everyone! Hope we all had a good weekend. Ours was pretty relaxed but nice. Though not great dietwise, had a coffee shop coffee sat morning, jelly beans sunday afternoon and then half a tub of ben & jerrys core sunday evening while watching a film (half price in sainsburys! rude not to buy some) haha.
Back to being good today, I think if I can be good in the week and relax at the weekend its ok.
Had porridge for breakfast, got soup for lunch with an apple. Having homemade refried bean quedislla for dinner. Yummy.0
