Hi Everyone,
Just a flying visit from me today.
Well done to everyone who maintained or lost.
I actually put on 0.5lbbut in a strange way its really motivated me. I will lose weight this week:) Making SW cicken and pot curry all free:) yum yum.
Good luck Olokia - have a fantastic day. :beer:0 -
Morning everyone,
Your bakes sound yummy Daisie, well done on freezing them though! I wouldn't be able to resist once they were there.
Well done on the losses and the STSI have lost 1 lb since Monday which is pretty good. Was hoping for 2 but considering it has only been 4 days I am happy enough with 1.
Having been away from the office yesterday I have come back to 2 massive piles of files so won't be on much today. Hope everyone has a lovely long weekend. Good luck to Olokia!! Hope it goes brilliantly for youEnjoy it!
Your well done was premature, if only they had gone in the freezer straight away! They've gone in now but not before I ate too manyoops. They were YUMMY though. I'm being punished now by feeling a bit sick. Possibly my body trying to tell me that only having eaten cake all day is not the healthiest thing to do! (even though technically it isn't more calories than a proper breakfast and lunch added together....but still)

Oooh yay!
Post the recipe pleeeeeaase?
Sometimes I try out low fat/low cal cake recipes (although often it seems the 'low cal' ones is just because they calculate the calories for a portion the size of a fingernail and if you had a normal sized amount it would still be calorific!) but then I just see it as an excuse to eat twice as much as I normally would.... oops :A0 -
I think it's this one:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/chocolate_cake_48307
It's not healthy, it just has less marg/butter in than a usual sponge! It's still full calories I think, just less if it as unhealthy fat! I will check I it is right when I get home (or tomorrow when Im baking and actually remember!):T0 -

I'd do the same as I'm allergic to dairy and while there are substitutes for most things, there is just no decent substitute for double cream!0 -
Dairy as in eggs? Or dairy as in milk/ butter?:T0
