I did 30 mins of exercise earlier :A The first I've done in weeks, and it was good
I have then spent the afternoon cooking a Chinese feast.... vegetable spring rolls with home made sweet chilli sauce (I didn't make the sauce today though!) for starter, sweet and sour pork, chicken chow mein, spicy stir fried mushrooms, rice...and lemon tiramisu for after (ok, not Chinese, but you try finding a Chinese dessert! we decided that lemon would work with the whole theme) Everything from scratch and it all looks/smells/tastes amazing. OH has been working all day trying to finish something that needs to be published next week
I can hear his death metal getting louder and louder which means it's not going well!
I know I said I would have a small, healthy dinner..... oops.... I wish I didn't love cooking and food so much!! I haven't had any lunch, though. And it's definitely healthier than going to a Chinese as I've used fry lite spray instead of oil, loads of fresh veg, nothing is battered or deep fried (except the spring rolls!). But still....
I should probably try and do some exercise tomorrow too!!! :rotfl:0 -
Hi,
I'm posting on this thread in the hope that someone will give me a much needed kick up the backside! My wedding diet started off well- eating well, going to the gym every morning before work etc etc. I don't really have much weight to lose to be honest... about 1st and tone up some flabby bits!
I was just starting to see some results and now i've completely lost all motivation! I've not been to the gym at all in over 2 weeks and have completely stuffed my face!

I am a bit like that too at the moment.
Can you not just go every other morning for a week or so and get back into it slowly.... And get rid of all the junk food, go shopping and buy healthy stuff. Plan your meals before you go and then you know exactly what you need and can stay away from the chocolate aisle!Married my wonderful husband on 8/9/12 :j0 -
I find it's easier to do grocery shopping online - then you only order the healthy stuff and you're not visually tempted by naughty things! Then if I don't buy anything unhealthy in my weekly shop, and manage to stay away from the shops for the rest of the week, I've got a better chance of sticking to things. If the bad stuff isn't there I can;t eat it!0

Weather forecast doesn't look so good. Rain tomorrow with the heaviest rain around the time I want to do pictures. I am hoping it is wrong or the rain is light enough to use my umbrella.0

Well it is my wedding day :eek:
Didn't sleep that well because I am so nervous to the point of feeling sick.
Getting married at 2pm.
I'll try to be on before my honeymoon starts later this week to let you know how it went.0 -
