    Hi Everyone,

I agree with Jo - Daisie take things easy. One meal a day does seem very little. can you have some fruit etc at other times of the day as well.

Jo - what are your shoes like??? Very exciting!!

SW weigh in later and not looking forward to it :( Haven't been really bad, but not really good either - (a few to many glasses of vino :o at the weekend).

Just trying to work out whether we should pay the extra £6 per person to give them the better menu at the wedding or not. Really struggling to decide.

They are rainbow club "Clara" and "faith".

How many people do you have coming and what's your overal budget? I would just see if it is a significant amount? OH an I are debating about whether to get large or small chips for our fish n chip evening meal... I say small he says large. It's almost a quid difference. My family got one small between 3 last week (same place), so I think one small will be fine! So I sympathise! :rotfl:

Agh I'm so hungry today! I woke up hungry (I never usually need to eat before 9), had 2 slices of toast for breakfast, n I have had 3 ritz crackers & laughing cow, and a dairy lea dunker! Only got 2 Jaffa cakes left for lunch!

JO - love the chips debate. Sad to say (on the diet thread) I'd have to go large :rotfl: Can you go half and half?? I would have large and then Oh would finish mine if he wanted them - which he normally does.

We have 65 for the day. If we have the better menu. we can offer people a choice between 2 of everything (starters, main desert) and there are things like beef/lamb, sea bass. On the more basic menu - there's no choice and its things like hot pot, sausage and mash. We know where our hearts lie - but not sure about our heads. :)

Well it's to go with the cod, we r offerin either cod or pea fritter & chips, n have arranged it with the local fish n chip shop. So don't really want to complicate things! Thing is OH and I share a small with just chips, so I think a small each + battered thing would SHOULD be fine...!

Ooh that is a dilemma... Can u afford it? What's the % of your budget? What would YOU prefer- for example my family would be happier with the mash rather than the 'posh' food! (why else do u think we r having a posh afternoon tea, followed by stodgy grub! :rotfl: ) Well that way we get both sides of personality happy too!

we are having posh afternoon tea, followed by pie n peas for our wedding. Cheese and onion pasties for the veggies. There is one gluten allergic person invited in the evening and she is only bothered about gluten free cakes as she doesn't do savoury so we have gluten free pudding in the evening.

i'm thinking at best i've stayed the same this week, but i'm going to see the Vaccines tonight so lots of bouncing about might help lose a bit. and i'm driving so no booze

I just went to bed for a 'quick nap' and woke up four hours later. Oops! Am ravenous now as well. I've had a baking urge for ages...I haven't baked in weeks which is SO unlike me. OH keeps asking for cake too. Soooooooooo tempted..........if I just ate a cupcake and a healthy dinner and that's all I ate all day it still wouldn't be too bad????
