That is fantastic Hadley, I am so so pleased for you :)

My dress fitting is next week!! I am terrified. I haven't tried my dress on for a full year now (I just go to visit it regularly lol :o ). The rest of my every day clothes still fit and I've been doing plenty of exercise since January, so hopefully it will be fine, but I'm terrified nonetheless!

    Hey Jo,

Don't be disappointed!!! You have done so well:)

I lost 2lb, but that was mainly because I cut down loads over the week. Just need to keep doing at least that till the last week in June for my first fitting. :)

Not long to go for you Olokia, you must be boucing off the walls!

Not really as it still doesn't feel real that its 10 days away.... I think when OH stops work next Thursday then it will feel real.

As the Monday 7th is a bank holiday then it counts as the weekend so this weekend is my last as an unmarried person.

Thanks Tiara... Sure your fitting will be fine!! How is the lovely IS? Really want to try mine on, but my mum won't let me. part of me thinks I should to make sure i don't lose too much weight - is that possible?

I'm finding it really difficult at the moment. Haven't been well (all cough, cold, bit flu-y, sore throat etc) and so haven't been to the gym for 10 days now, and even then only once in the week previous. Feeling pretty rough about not exercising but like some of the people above, I just haven't had any energy. I've been coming home from work (at a school, loads of germs lol!) and having a bath and going to bed, waking up after a few hours, having tea and going back to bed! I'm 22 for goodness sake lol!! Have been having salad for lunch this week but when I get home I'm still so hungry... so have slipped a little :( I only have 4 months to go and I need a flat tummy!! And a toned back and arms...

Well you certainly look slim and lovely in your pictures! :D

This thread has been quite quiet without you...

Arrhh thanks Daisie!I am very glad the wedding is pre honeymoon lol (I realise how ridiculous that sounds). We ate so much on honeymoon! I have gained 6 lb :( but actually considering I have eaten whatever I want for the last 17 days, including a 3 course meal most evenings and full cooked breakfast and continental elements too for breakfast. When I look at it that way it isn't so bad lol plus we had the most amazing time!! My husband and I (heehee still sounds funny) are both eating healthily from now.

So as I am no longer a bride to be I should leave this thread but if you guys don't mind I will stick around for a bit longer to get me back into the right mind set :o:o:o

    Sounds great to me!

I managed not to weigh myself over the weekend :( Everytime I remembered I was going to do it I'd just eaten! Will get the Wii fit out straight after work I think, I really need to see where I'm at!!

On the plus side I've been really good over the weekend, stuck to my cals every day :)

Any one else find they are either really good, or really naughty at the weekend? If I eat a lot early I then eat all day, but if I don't get up early or don't eat until later I eat much less... Odd

Anyway, week days are easy as I have the same thing every day! :rotfl:

Breakfast is belvita biscuits and an actimel.
Lunch is 2 ham sandwiches with low cal bread and light mayo and a yoghurt.
Snacks are fruit, usually the snack packs from Mr T cause I'm lazy :D

This leaves about 650 cal for dinner which is plenty :A

Well, hope everyone's weigh-ins went ok over the weekend

    Happy Monday all!

Well done Jo, and everyone who has lost weight or are wanting to get back on the band wagon! Re-weighed myself on Saturday and I've actually lost 2lb, so still happy that I've finally lost something!
