Oh that's exciting about the honeymoon! :D

Not good about what your OH said, hope he got a good telling off! :rotfl:

I am still home ill. :( Feeling a lot better tho, so will most likely be back at work tomorrow. OH has been telling me I need to eat, but I have just been eating drinking litres of fruit/ strawberries. But the amount has been very calorific! So not sure if I will have lost, but hey, I have been ill!

:)Thanks Guys!! Am so excited and am stuck at work. Just want to get the confirmation from the travel agentnow. :j

I agree with Stir Jo, you need to just concentrate on getting better. Your body will know what it needs at the mo.

Jo, just look after yourself and concentrate on getting well, make sure you eat properly and don't count calories! anyway as I always say you are already a slim thing so you don't need to worry :P

    Hadley, what an amazing honeymoon!

I am really noticing how horrible I am now that I'm back in work clothes after basically living in pyjamas for the last three months. My clothes still fit (thank god) but are tighter and I look bulgier and horrible :( I am not doing too badly this week but I'm not weighing myself at the moment - just concentrating on getting back to work and into the swing of things again. Also I know realistically that the bulk of my weight is not going to come off until after I've stopped taking this blasted medicine, especially after the Dr told me that someone on this medication WILL gain weight whatever they do and WILL NOT be able to lose it unless they simply don't eat. Lol.

Still, I have just under a year to go! When do you need to start shopping for wedding dresses? I don't want to do it until I've shifted a bit....I wear a Size 14 at the moment (only just!) and I've heard that wedding dresses come out tiny so I wouldn't be surprised if I'd be in plus sizes at the moment...nothing wrong with that of course but would make me feel rubbish when trying things on!

I heard the same so when I found my dress and found it fitted perfectly without any alteration I was really surprised. I wear size 16 on the bottom half and size 14 (just) on the top half and my wedding dress is size 14. I think it is because most of my erm fat is on my thighs and arms which doesn't really affect the wedding dress at all but does affect normal clothes.

Hey guys,I've been a bit recenlty so not been too good diet wise!My weight bascially hasn't changed since i lost 10lb in the first 4 weeks of the the measuring - however i can feel the inches still coming off - strange.I put on 1lb on friday, but not too bothered by that as it was easter week, and dinner, chocolate, combined with no Zumba etc meant i was unlikely to lose anything, so happy not have put on more.I'm hoping to do better this week - although doubtful, as we had a weekend in a 5* hotel with two big 5 course dinners and a big sunday lunch at the weekend, with wine included!Back into diet mode this week now, was also back at Zumba on Monday and went for a run last night where i finished up being sick!Joanna - I have the cold thing as well, but i'm trying to not to let it stop the exercise - less than 6 months to go - i need to do something serious and if i haven't achieved any weight loss by next friday, I might even consider giving in and joining slimming world or something or even a gym!
Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.

There was no waaaayyyy I am able to do exercise! I cant talk without coughing! But as long as no-one requires me to talk at work tomorrow I might be able to get away with the "im now better" thing.... Problem is I start coughing, and then breathing becomes a problem.... :rotfl:

Oh god I just weighed myself this morning (why? why?) and the scales reckoned I have gained SIX LBS since I last weighed at the end of March. Why why why? I know I had a week and a half of being a bit naughty but then I got back to normal and....it's ridiculous. That's nearly half a stone! It takes me to my highest weight ever and a weight I never thought I'd be. I expected to have gained a couple of lbs but six is crazy, how is that even possible?! If I gained 6 lbs every time I was having a bit of a naughty week I'd be far bigger than I am right now! How how how?! argh :(

I just realised that of course this coincides with me having had to triple the dose of medication. I know being naughty wasn't good but I wasn't 6 lbs naughty! God I can't wait to come off this medicine :(
