Hey everyone,
Hope you are all goodI will not even begin to confess how much I have eaten! lol. We have had an amazing honeymoon. Scotland is so beautiful!! The wedding was perfect (I have made a new thread with a link to our photograher's blog)
Hope everyone else has a brilliant day (I will check back every so often to see the pictures!) and enjoy the planning

Well my weight went up by 2lb this week. :eek: not too much of a surprise seeing as I didn't eat anything for the week before it, and then this week i was eating what ever i wanted (to encourage me to eat) but not gyming. but still a bit disappointed. Back now to weighing 9st 8.
But onwards and (hopefully) downwards.:T0 -

I lost 2lb, but that was mainly because I cut down loads over the week. Just need to keep doing at least that till the last week in June for my first fitting.0 -
Well there is no point dwelling on it. now I am feeling a bit better I will be careful with what I eat, but still have a cough when ever I excersise/ get out of breath. And I have my swimathon this weekend...
Don't know what to do about that. Don't think I am going to be finding it easy, cos of the whole breathing thing... Will see how I feel after the gym today I guess (I have a half day at work today).:T0 -

I haven't weighed myself in a while. I've just been putting all my energy into being back at work - even part time, it's a real struggle. I am seeing my consultant again on Monday and I suspect he will make me increase my dose of medication, which is good because it might make me feel better but bad because it will just make me gain even more weight
Still, I have been really naughty in the evenings but less so during the day, haven't really had proper lunch any day the last two weeks. I feel very, very fat though.0 -
Well, I weighed myself this morning and got a weird reading, my scales told me I have lost 6lbs and I definitely haven't (although it did cheer me up!). Didnt have time to do it again so I'll weigh myself tomorrow morning and hopefully get a right figure. Might have to get a new set.0

Hmm that does seem a lot in a week! I agree try again tomorrow morning.
Daisi sorry to hear you are struggling so much. I am back at work this week after 5 days off, n only yesterday did I start to feel more like my usual self. Previously I was exhausted by 2pm, but yesterday I was fine until 9pm.Take it easy and don't stress too much, if you need more medication take it, don't risk your health.

Hope everyone's doing ok, congrats to all those who've lost weight.
I'm afraid I've been a bit naughty recently, haven't been weighing myself and have been eating all sorts.
I weighed last week or the week before and had put back on a pound and a half so hopefully it won't be too bad when I weigh again. Think I might go for it tonight... At least I'll know how much I'll have to undo to get back to where I was!
Less than a year to go for me now, and about 4 months till I want to order my dress :eek: I have to be so good now!
Am still using myfitnesspal to track my food, maybe thats how I managed to not put on much. If i'm not tracking though, I just lose control... The OH and I got dominos at the weekend and I ate a whole pizza... at once... and a side order of chicken bitsI felt so bad afterwards though, it gave me a kick up the bum for sure.
So here we are... wish me luck for my weigh in later!

Am heading straight to the gym (for post illness work out- not expecting to do much) then home to tidy house before my mum n sister come over for shoe shopping! Yay!
Goin out to strada for t tonight, so need to work out to stay near my fitness pal cal count!
