i've managed to lose 1 of those pounds that snuck on from somewhere the other week.

Got a very busy weekend planned so that might see the other one off.

Well done Bright. being busy should shift some lbs :)

Have been sitting here thinking about my diet and have set myself an aim of getting to a loss of 3.5 stone by my 1st fitting last week of June. I am 2.5lbs off a 1.5 stone loss so that leaves me with just over 2 stone to shift by the end of June. Not sure this is doable. Any advice, hints, tips, suggestions gratefully received.

Not sure Hadley... 2 st is 28lb. To the 24th June is 10 weeks. That 2.8lb a week. It's possible, but I would think you needed to exercise 3-4 times a week (proper exercise, not jut walking to walk etc, raise your heartbeat etc) and be very good!:A It would also be a good idea to cut down on the carbs, don't cut them out completely, just eat less of them (more protein) and don't eat them after 6 (but 8 at the latest).

I didn't realise how long it would take to polish my ring. I thought it would take a couple of hours but I thought I would phone Tiffany to check and apparently it is 3 weeks.... My wedding is in 3 weeks... Never mind it doesn't look too bad.

OH has just left for his stag do and mine starts tonight.

I wonder how Em is doing?

Not sure she hasn't told me yet.

I seem to remember it was late so the guests could go around the zoo first. Maybe 5pm, I don't think any later so yea she should be married now.
