Oh I hope that kicks in for me soon! I have realised I have dinner out on friday, next sunday and the following wednesday! Not so good for the diet but lots of people to see.
Hope everyone has had a good weekend0 -
well i've had a great weekend in the sun
12 mile walk on saturday and a 16 year olds birthday party, busy gardening yesterday, my grandad came round for lunch, then out on the motorbike. Now i'm toning up a bit with the walking the leathers are fitting a bit better.
Did an hour on Wii Active this morning as H2B was away to work very early so I got up when he did. Had my normal breakfast and i'm starving already. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

Wow thats really good Brightside!
I am really loosing enthusiasm for healthy eating at the momentNot long to go so I should be really good but am finding it hard.
Today I had porridge for breakfast (as always!) and lunch is carrot and cucumber sticks, with an apple, grapes, yogurt coated strawberries and some twiglets. No idea about dinner yet. Considering a roast.0 -
Well done slowlyfading and Brightside!
Em - have something for dinner that you really fancy, it will probably do you good!
I had a lovely weekend, but terrible for the diet. It involved croissants, a bacon sandwich, a curry (although it was home made, tomato-based and not creamy), scones, a yummy roast and HM chocolate fondant. Oh, and lots of wine... Oops! We did go for a nice walk on Saturday, but still.
Back on the horse today, so I have had strawberries and natural (soya) yogurt with a sprinkle of cereal for brunch (woke up late due to increasing my meds again last night!) and am drinking loads of water with lemon juice. Am going to spend an hour or so tidying the house and then do some Wii. Dinner tonight will be vegetable chilli with a little rice, and if I get hungry before then I'll have fruit or salad.
Hope everyone has a good week!0 -
I am tempted to have whatever for dinner Daisie but then I think no cos I have lots of eating out to do between now and the wedding so will be good when I am at home. I am rubbish at making the right choices when I am out! lol. Too much temptation.0

had another walk at lunchtime, the weather here is just beautiful.
someone in the houses behind our office is having a bbq and it smells just fab! Will have to check if we have charcoal tonight and when i can get an early finish while the weather is still good.
just had lunch, and still hungry - this is going to be a long afternoon. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

Wow yummy. I love BBQ's but we don't have a garden so can't have any
I always ask for one when I am at my parents if it is nice

I love bbqs too! We don't have one but since buying a new house last September we definitely have the space for one! We were looking at bbqs and garden furniture in Homebase on Saturday, and then decided to leave it for a while because it felt a little bit like mass hysteria in there - the first sign of sun this year and the place was mobbed!0

Haha I bet! Bet there were no rolls or burgers at the supermarkets either.
I really can't be bothered at work todayjust not in the mood at all. Oh well only another 11 working days after today till I am off for the wedding!
