Yeah so soon now am pretty excited. Doesn't seem real either though tbh lol. We have got a few bits and bobs to do still but pretty much all done. All paid and everything.
Hungry already0 -
I'm beginning to lose my appetite as I get more nervous...!
Em - I keep craving really unhealthy food, but I'm just trying to focus as the end is in sight for me! Keep going, you can do itBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Yeah so close for your slowly
how exciting!!
I am going to stick with being good while I am at home/work but enjoy myself when I go out with friends/family. Plus just keep thinking of the wedding and honeymoon; plenty of nice food planned for then!
Going to have fajitas for dinner instead of roast as it is too nice for a roast.0 -
Wow that gym session nearly killed me! I haven't been since last Tuesday, as I had a cold, went back today and bam! I am hoping the cold sent me back (I was wheezing like a smoker), as opposed to just 6 days without exercise!!:T0

I am sure it is the cold Jo! Did you enjoy it? Feeling fully recovered now?0
-
Yeah!
it was good. Didn't push it too far though, as I'm not fully back.
:T0 -
That sounds like a good idea. Better not to do it fully until you are back to full strength.
Just finished our fajitas, yummy0 -
Well it's quite on here today! Hope everyone is having a good day and not stuck indoors at their desks like me.
I had porridge for breakfast as always, then have got carrot, cucumber and celery sticks with chipstick, grapes, an apple and yogurt coated strawberries for lunch. No idea about dinner as usual!0 -
Hi Em
yeah very quiet on here today.
Have popped out to the supermarket to stock up on some fruit - so am munching on blackberries - yummy, but expensive.
No weigh in for me last week as went for a very belated christmas meal with work colleagues - all very yum. But am now panicking as it will be a two week weigh in and think I may have only lost a lbReally wanted to get to another 1/2 off (but that would mean losing 4.5lbs over the two weeks. Doable but for me unlikely.
My SIL2B has just pointed out that I need to really shift the weight before my first fitting (end of June) then slow down a bit. So have about 12 weeks in my ideal world to shift another 2 stone... umm not sure I'll make that.

Nice and healthy too Hadley. Does anyone else find it irritating that all the healthy food costs so much more than junk?! How is that fair?? lol.
Just look at it as a couple of lbs a week Hadley, then it seems more doable. Any chance you could make your fitting later? I didn't have my first fitting until 4 weeks before the wedding and am having my final fitting 1 week before the wedding. I do have a brilliant seamstress though who is happy to work around me0
