Although, did have a fire drill so got to go outside for 20 mins...:T0 -
had a very busy morning sat at my desk
had a walk in the sun and now having braised lentils with a few little bits of ham in them for my dinner. It's very nice to say it was a cooking experiment to use up some stuff that had been in the cupboard for months.When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

Haha fire drill isn't bad as long as your meeting place is in the sun Jo! I have never had a fire drill at work, don't even know the procedure lol. But there are only 8 of us so will be pretty easy to work out if anyone is missing!
My walk to work this morning was pretty nice and hopefully the walk home will be nice. Love how light it is now. Just praying this weather lasts till the wedding. Either that or it goes and comes back again in time for the wedding lol.0 -
I went to see Occupational Health today and am being allowed back to work after the Easter holidays, yay
I am NOT doing well diet-wise today...it's my TOTM except for me, I only have it about 3 times a year so when I do it's BAD. I seem to be a bit of a biscuit monster today...oops.

Is anyone else slimming for a wedding more than a year away, btw? I find it really hard to keep motivated because I know I've got loads of time. I think I've said that before...excuses, excuses!0

I found it really hard last year Daisi. I was ok when it was 18 months etc, then when I hit a year I stalled! When I got to 9-8 months it kickstarted again! I found the "loads of time" a horrible factor! :eek: no motivation like you said!
Off to the gym in a mo... Need to be slim!:T0 -

My wedding is this july but all last year i was the same. Still lose motivation now and again but when i lose it spurs me on again. Im walking to my gym and back (about 4 miles away i think) as its such a nice day. Did a 11 mile cycle yesterday. I have A LOT to lose but if i go into 'normal' highstreet shops to buy my honeymoon clothes i'll be happy!0 -
Jo, today I have eaten two bowls of cereal, a packet of crisps and more bourbon biscuits than I care to calculate....AND I'm not going to the gym. So you can comfort yourself that you're doing better than me at least0
