I'm also quite nervous as it will be 6 weeks on Monday for me.
Weight loss has stopped since I started taking some new medication. It was already quite hard for me to lose weight but now it seems impossible. So now I have got to decide between losing weight or taking this medication.0 -
Despite only going to the gym twice since last weigh in, eating only frozen yoghurt for past 2 days, and it being (tmi coming) totm, I have managed to loose a lb! Now I am at 9st 11!!!!! (I must have been 9st 121/2 ish last time.:T0

And on target to reach my first goal (by next week) of BMI 22. Need to be really good this week to reach an exceed it.:T0

I have woken up with a really, really nasty ulcer on the side of my tongue
It's all yellow (tmi I know!) and gross - I've never had one like this before. It hurts like a b*tch so I'm not sure what I'll be able to eat today...probably not anything acidic like fruit...I'll have to see how it goes!

Well I put on 1 lb this weekNot the end of the world and not bad really considering how much I ate and drank at the weekend. Will be good now till the wedding
Breakfast was porridge, lunch is carrot, cucumber, celery and pepper sticks, with an apple, banana, strawberry fruit bar and 2 jaffa cakes. Dinner is wednesday's left overs.0 -
The tablets are definitely helping. That is why it is so hard to choose between them or weight loss.
What is everyone getting their bridesmaids? That is my next job and I'm not sure what to get.0
