I have had one meal today (pasta and vegetables) at lunchtime. I took the opportunity to have my 'dinner' at lunchtime as OH is away this evening and I thought I'd do some exercise in the afternoon and burn it all off. I tried...and managed about 5 minutes0

Head is just killing me, I hope this medication works soon! So far all it's doing is making me fat, achey, completely drowsy and zombiefied and incredibly thirsty! lol. I soooooooooo want something sweet right now, these evenings when I'm on my own are difficult to be good.0

Ohhh someone tell me not to eat! I am craving something sweet and carby SO much and fruit is not cutting it. I just sat and worked out whether it would be quicker to bake biscuits or go to the supermarket for a packet. MUST RESIST!0

I won't be doing this 'big meal at lunchtime' malarkey again. I can go all day not eating, or eating very little, quite happily but I get SO hungry in the evening, it doesn't seem to make a difference that I had my main meal at 2pm, I feel like I want a giant dinner (or 5 cakes...) again0
