Hadley, listen to a top Harley Street doctor and "DON'T EAT!" ;)

I agree with you Em and I'm going to take what he said with a pinch of salt, as he is a neurologist and not a dietician or anything. I did 30 mins on the treadmill yesterday and felt better for it so I'm certainly going to ignore his advice not to exercise.

If I was my target weight on the BMI according to the Wii I would look very ill.

I'm broad shouldered and my bones start to stick out on my collar bone if i get too thin. My ideal weight is at a BMI of about 24 to 24.5 as that suits my shape.

Daisie, if you don't eat enough your body will store what you do eat thinking it is in famine! As you are ill, you also need to make sure you eat well so you have the energy to get better.

Anyway my plan of eating nothing until dinner is now scuppered as my mum is coming over with ingredients for 'pizza on toast' (tomatoes and mushrooms on toast basically)... never mind!

    Thanks Dasie.... :rotfl:

Umm Pizza on toast - sounds lovely. Have couscous and chicken for lunch. But so far today (since about 8:30) i have had 2 bananas, 2 pears and a yoghurt. All free on SW, but not sure why I am wanting to continually eat. Suppose it could be worse i could be craving bad things. There are birthday cakes in the office which I have ignored.

Wanted to pop out for a walk at lunchtime, but have loads to do including sending the deposit to my florist. :)

That isn't that much Hadley. Only really breakfast and a snack. Plus as you say all good stuff. Well done on resiting the birthday cake!

I need to pop to the shop at lunch time to get a couple of bits for dinner. We have a shop coming this evening but not until 9 o'clock so post dinner time haha

Mmm couscous and chicken sounds lovely :) I'm probably completely wrong but I always thought you shouldn't eat more than one banana a day. If I'm wrong about that I'd be pleased as I really like them!

Aha a quick google claims that it's fine to eat more than one banana a day unless you have a heart problem. There you go, I was wrong, ignore me!
