Ooooohhhh exciting Daisie, did you enjoy the dress shopping? Did you find 'the one'? I found mine in the first shop we visited and then proceeded to look at loads of other places before going back to the first one. lol. My mum cried when she saw me in it which is how I knew it was the one
Hope everyone is having a good evening0 -
Nooo when I say "we looked in a wedding dress shop" that is literally all I mean, I am putting off trying anything on until I absolutely have to! I was more looking at BM dresses and did find a really nice one0

I was really excited last night because I wore a new dress that was too tight when I bought it, and it looked nice
I know now that I am PROPERLY back to a Size 14, which is such a relief. I was never technically a Size 16 but there did come a point when my 14s fitted but I knew if I bought new clothes they'd be 16 so I just didn't buy any for months!

Well done Daisie!
How are you feeling today JO?
I have sinned - belated work Crimbo meal later, so OH dropped me off. But as we were here before worked opened dropped off at supermarket. So to pass time had a big fried breakfast - why don't even really like them?? feel sick and guilty now. At this rate, I'll never be slim0 -
Worse than yesterday! Throat is about the same, but because of it I didn't get much sleep last night...
Also had crazy wedding nightmare when I did sleep.... Not a restful night.
On the bright side I just had ice cream for tea.:T0 -
i've got a sore throat too, must be very contagious
just found out we are going for pub lunch today at work. Last time I went everything was deep fried or smothered in cheese. Hopefully they now do something a bit less fatty.
Have not done any proper walking this week so far, just lots of walking through work which just isn't the same although it is in steel toecaps which makes a difference i'm sure. Will hopefully get out tomorrow lunchtime and saturday for a few hours. Next week will be better with the light nights. When you're chewing on life's gristle, don't grumble, give a whistle.

Wow it's been quiet on here today.
Glad you enjoyed looking at the dresses Daisie. It is so much fun when you try them on!
Jo, hope you are feeling better. Don't feel bad about eating badly - you should eat whatever when you are ill and concentrate on healthy after you are better.
I was at college again today. Had a few choc biscuits on the breaks, but no pain au chocolates plus for lunch I had vegetable chow mien with carrots and beans on the side. I was was then really good and didn't have the chocolate cake pudding. I was very proud of myself! haha.
Dinner is soup, partly as had a proper meal at lunch and partly as our food didn't arrive yesterday. It is now coming this evening. Really hope it turns up as food is getting sparse haha.
good luck with the weigh ins ladies0
