I am just having soup for tea tonight, but sonetines I will go for a vegi stir fry (with only a handful of rice), vegi chilli in a wrap, or a sweet jacket potato.

Just hada cereal bar to try and solve the sweet problem....

Oh thats not too bad Jo.

Anyone else finding it really hard at the moment? I can't seem to resist stuff since the weekend. Only 3 and a half weeks to go so really need to be good!

FutureCooper - I have no idea what I will do for dinner! Will have to have a look at what we have when I get in but I know there isn't much choice. I also know the old bank account is running a bit low as it is near the end of the month.

    Hi girls :D

I haven't logged on in a while, been really busy at work. Over the last 2 weeks I've lost 1.5lb, an average of 0.75lb a week, better than any gain, but still frustratingly low!

At least I finally broke that pesky 11 stone barrier though, I'm now half way to my goal, 18.5lb lost, 18.5lb to go. I'm not going to make it by the wedding, only 6.5 weeks away now, but hoping I can shift another 10lb before the big day.

Hope you're all having a fab week. :) xx

I had pasta and salad for tea as I had to go to an evening seminar

tomorrow night will be a vege stirfry with noodles, H2B has more noodles, I have more veg.

Had no exercise this week and missing it, although I have been very busy at work so haven't really stopped all day.

Just watching the horizon documentary about fat - fascinating!

Morning everyone, I'm sure everyone has been doing better than I have, lost 3lbs on holiday, then put it back on the next week when I was on a hen do. Then another lb the next week because I just couldnt get back onto the diet! Been trying really hard this week but just dont think I'll have lost anything. I need to get my will power back!

finding it tough to get back on track with the diet after a naughty st patrick's weekend! had a good day food wise yesterday and even went to netball last night but had a drive through mcdonald's on the way home! so ashamed! there was no need for it at all as i had already had my dinner before i went to netball. will try again today!

I'm really pleased to have lost another 1lb, so I'm keeping to a steady 1lb a week. It's probably because I've hardly eaten anything over the last couple of days though!
