Oh no poor you Jo. I hate it when I get migranes and I am lucky in that it is very rare for me to have one. If I were you I would avoid the gym and just relax. Find some trashy tv to watch0

Well I didn't eat my apple this eve as when I bit into it it wasn't very nice. Am quite hungry now though
may have a snack before starting dinner. won't last till half seven without anything.

i didn't weight myself all last week cos i was on my period and finally got around to doing it today and i am 9,11!!!!!! that's a stone off since new year! only 4 more pounds and i am at my target weight...then i will need to try and tone my tummy a bit more before august 11th!Save 12k in 2014 (my target: £10 000):

Morning all.
I Measured myself at the weekend for the first time since Nov, I may not have lost that many lb but I have lost a good few cm! I'm really pleased.
Just need to keep up the gym, and ignore mornings like today when I brought a bacon roll....:T0 -

I had porridge for breakfast as always. Lunch is carrot, cucumber, pepper and celery sticks, with a banana, fruit bar & twiglets. Nice and healthy.0 -

I weighed this morning and I've lost another lb....so three and a half in just under 2 weeks. I know it sounds a bit rubbish but I want to try and lose a steady 1 lb a week so I'm pleased
Feel frustrated though because I managed to do loads of exercise yesterday and was looking forward to doing more today, but I upped the dosage of my medication last night (that I'm on for the nerve pain) and today I am sooooo drowsy it's unreal. I am still in my pyjamas and going back to bed in a minute I think. When I walk around I feel like a floating zombie and I keep bumping into things, etc...no way I can exercise
I'm going to make up for it by being very good for the rest of the day. Had banana porridge for breakfast, a smoothie mid-morning (to try and wake me up - didn't work!) and I'm going to have raw carrot, pepper, mange tous and baby corn for lunch. Dinner is pork chops with loads of veg - I'll do potato for OH but I won't have any.
I'm frustrated because it's rare for me to actively WANT to exercise, and on the one day when I was actually looking forward to it, I am not fit to do anything more than lie in bed!0 -
That's kind off how I felt yesterday Daisi. I actually wanted to do exercise, but knew I shouldn't go!
Going today after work though!
Three n a half in under 2 weeks is really good! I am also hoping for a lb a week, but only made 1/2 lb last week, and doubt I will have managed it this week....:T0 -
oh no poor you daisie that is rubbish. hopefully your body will adjust and you will feel more normal soon.

i am hoping for at least one lb this week but not sure. fingers cross! got a bit longer to go before weigh in.0
