yes you are right.. i did think, i cannot be bothered as too much going on, but if i am putting on weight, it is always so hard for me to lose, so now i am getting worried that i will become 'swollen up' haha and not be able to lose.. from next week, i MUST go back to the gym and start slowly...grrrr. actually ihave three weddings to attend this year, 2 in June and 1 in August so maybe that's an aim to go for?Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Don't be so hard on yourself Rups. You are not failing by putting on a bit of weight you are coping with your grief in whatever way works for you. You have lost the weight before and can loose the weight again it isn't a big deal. Move at your own pace and don't be pressured to do otherwise.
I've just had a jammie biscuit. Yummy. It was made by supervisor's son's girlfriend and she brought them in so I couldn't say no. It was really nice too.0 -
ahh em thanks.. mwah and hugs. xxxx :0)
i am going to eat Thai food for lunch so a HEAVY lunch. i will take it easy and go with the flow. you are right. have done it again even though it was hard, but it is not impossible!thanks for that honey. it really has made me think rationally and not having a go at myself. xx jammie biccies are yum. hehe

Your dinner sounds yum Rups. I attemted samosas once; they were rubbish
I stick to buying them ready made now haha (only have them occasionally though)
Lunch is last nights left over pizza, with carrot and cucumber sticks and an apple. Not too bad.
No idea what I am going to do for dinner though...0 -
Have tried to be good... Jacket spud with cheese (all ok on SW). Got asked if I wanted butter, said no and the silly woman put a great big dollap in anyway.
I did try and be good - its not my fault. It was rather yummy with the butter though.0 -
yum stuff with butter is yummy.
when i watch Saturday kitchen live, and i see James martin put so much butter in stuff, that does shock me! he is so generous with it. Butter is lovely though. hehe
had my Thai lunch and am full but not over stuffed. I had some pad thai with some tofu and it was yummy. Never had tofu before and it was yummy. had a pineapple juice with that. came back and had some orange juice. lol and now about to have some yoghurt! oinky me.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

That sounds yum Rups. I eat tofu but find it can be a bit flavourless unless it is smoked or marinated. OH hates it though so I only do it if he is away.
Jacket potatoes with butter are yummy.
I've just had a second jammy biscuit, naughty me. And they are quite big. Have to make sure I don't get any pop corn or ice cream at the cinema later0 -
2 biscuits are nothing lol. what you watching tonight? I am such a sucker for popcorn (sweet) :-(

I love sweet pop corn too but OH doesn't so it means quite a lot to myself (and I would eat it all!). We are either going to see The Muppets or Starwars Episode one 3D. We will see whichever one we don't see this week next week haha. I always text my BM for a 2 for 1 code on wednesdays heehee.
I love dark chocolate but not the really high % cocoa ones. They are just too bitter to eat on its own, ok if you are making something with it though.0 -
i hate dark chocolate. one of my friends doing her nutrition courses was telling me off and saying to force myself to eat it and that way i get my fix and wont need the bad chocolate. yuck still!
its bad that both and hubby like sweet stuff. That way we do share but we also have to have stuff. we are ad bad as each other. bless him. i aalway beg him for the cinema but as we have lovefilm at home, we just get dvds off there.
tell me how star wars is though. i love those filmsBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
