Haha I tend to need an incentive to do the housework too Jo! Sometimes I wish I still lived at home and didn't have such boring stuff to do, lol. Then I go to my parents for the weekend and can't wait to get home and have the freedom!

i miss my mum's cooking. i like going to hers because she cooks yummy food. earlier hubby asked about what she would have for dinner and i just got a bit annoyed and said what a hassle to think about what to cook everyday! he just laughed.

Morning all. Only 4 days till the weekend!

Rups- I am telling you now... I am not going swimming after work bcos the pool closes at 4.30! How ridiculous is that?!? But I will go to the gym instead.

Morning ladies, hope everyone had a nice evening

Well I didn't exercise this morning but I did last night and I will tonight. I get home around an hour and a quarter before OH so have decided that really is a good time to exercise and then I can stay in bed longer in the morning! heehee.

I am trying to be really good this week. My mum was really good on her SW last week and lost 8 and a half lbs! She was really happy and thinks she will have lost all the weight she put on over Christmas by next week and a little more so thats good

Jo that is silly indeed..i have my swim suit but i realised as this year, i havent packed a gym bag at all, i have left out some things, and i cant have a shower without that. grrr.

i must get my act together and bring my gym kit tomorrow and go to body pump. iam sure i can take it easy and can ask the instructor what to do right? i have become a lazy so and so...lol
