    i have eaten too quickly and maybe too much,, so now i am sitting here with a bloaty and feel very uncomfy :-( hope peppermint tea helps? i feel sick

    The feeling sick could be a good sign in respect of the baby Rups; think of it as a positive and then maybe you will feel less ill? heehee.

    I am so hungry. Really tempted by the bics and chocs downstairs. Must keep being good. Really want to be a skinny bride! And it isn't long really so need to stick to the diet.

    I know, think of the dress think of the dress!

    I did look at some recent pictures of myself the other day and think my weight loss is noticeable now which was nice so just need to stick with it.

    Must exercise when I get home too.

    A few years ago when I was trying to lose weight I stuck a particularly bad picture of me on the fridge in order to stop me raiding it. Have to say it did work, maybe its something I should do now. Also heard of people using pictures of how they would like to look once they've lost weight.

    that is a good idea too! hmm now to find a bad pic and stick it up! hubby will make fun of it. grrr i have someon FB when i was bigger and at uni. i looked horrible. maybe i need one of those. lol. my face was so round and fat lol

    SIL2B and her hubby are coming round later and we are booking the flights for my hen weekend. Not till July, but I'm still excited. :rotfl:
