I am so hungry already! Got salad for lunch, with an apple, some fruit flakes and a couple of cheese straws. Not really looking forward to it but my salad leaves needed eating so didn't have much choice as to what to have!0 -

I quite like salad in the summer but not so much in the winter! Too cold. But it does have a nice range of bits in it so I am sure it will be fine once I get started on it.
Jacket potato sounds yummy Rups. I think I may have one tomorrow evening when OH is out (he doesn't like them for some strange reason!)

it is totally yum. i do a lot and have it with beans. its my fav! :0) but because i feel queasy the MIL suggested i swap to usual potato as need the carbs to keep the nausea at bay. yuckBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

I love sweet potato but have never tried jacket sweet potato; there is something about it that puts me off I am just not sure what! haha0

Ooh sounds nice with lemon on it, or even lemon mayo maybe? I think I will give it a go soon. Don't know what it is that makes me slighly funny about it. Strange. Do you eat the skin?

i do eat the skin. love it.
mine was all crunchy as i over cooked the potato slightly. have a yoghurt to eat too. cant wait for today to be over! Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
