    I have just had a very yummy filling and healthy lunch!
    Didn't bring it with me today, so went to M&S and got a noodle and sweet chilli chicken salad. :D it was delicious (and kinda big for my lunch...) best part, only 350 cals! :T

    yay well done.. erm i was craving a fanta so went to Tesco's and ended up getting a 4 finger kitkat and some tropical juice! what am i like?

    That isn't bad at all Jo. I hardly ever have ready meals as I expect them to be full of calories and fat but it shows you can get some which aren't that bad. I am still working on my salad. It takes so long to eat! OH has just admitted to eating 3 chocolates at work. He is meant to be being good too!

    OH's and hubbies are worse off i tell you. ok i was a bit bad but i can stop there. Sometimes hubby goes on and on. lol

    OH is really naughty with biscuits. He will sit and eat the whole pack and then have a go at more for letting him eat them all! But if I tell him to stop part way through he says he can do what he wants haha. We are so alike at times!

    LOl that is funny.. Hubby doesnt even share with me and yet they are ours!! he scoffs them all up and frowns when i ask for one! grrr

    Haha. Men are so funny some times!

    I really want some chocolate or something but will be good. I still have some of my lunch left so will stick with that.

    My OH told me he was going to start being good last week to lose some weight, and then ate 3 big bags of crisps, with dip, and had fry ups for breakfast at the weekend. He assures me that he's going to start being healthy this week though....

    I really want a choc too... Will wait till I go home, then have a Jaffa cake n a cup of tea before I start on the housework... Or after I start it... Yes will wait until washing is in etc, as an incentive!
