s - 2 clematines
t - chicken pasta, slice of bread, half a slice of banana loaf
Hmm, too many carbs today I reckon....Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Morning Ladies,
Hope everyone had a good weekend.
Have a busy day at work today so thought I'd say hi.
Can someone please motivate me again. I need (well want) to lose about 3-3.5 stone by July, but am struggling at the mo. Need to get started again. Please help!!:o0 -
Hadley- why don't you see if there is any excersise things that you can sign up for? I have signed up for a charity swimathon in April, so I have to train for it. Since then I have been to the gym twice last week, and am going swimming tomorrow....:T0

I may look into somehthing like that too; I need some motivation exercisewise. I am doing ok food wise and walking to work again but feel I should be doing 'proper' exercise too. Really want to loose at least a stone before the wedding.
My weekend was pretty good dietwisehad a slight slip last night but not bad at all. Eat about 5 cheese straws but would normally have eaten the whole packet so am seeing it as good (sort of!). Poridge for breakfast as normal!

Thanks Jo. Thats a great idea... as you say working towards something like that.
I think I am the same as you Emm - doing ok food wise (though not 100%), but need to sort out the exercise. I struggle to fit it in most days. Have a long journey to work and kids (well teenagers to sort as well). God how many excuses - can I make. I suppose even a walk at lunchtime would help.
Think i am panicking about all the things I still have to do for this wedding and losing the weight is just another thing.0 -
I completely get how you feel Hadley. I intend to get up early in the morning to exercise and then the alarm goes off and I think 'just a bit more sleep' and then I don't have time so I think I will do it when I get home and then I get home and think 'oh I will just sit down for a little while first' and then I lounge for ages, run out of time and have to make dinner. I need to stop making excuses. I have only got 13 and a half weeks till the wedding so need to get my bottom into gear!0

I don't remember writing this... :rotfl:
Well the 13 week but doesn't apply to me... But the rest....:T0 -
You do sound like me Emm. :rotfl:There is always something that seems to get in the way of exercise where I'm concerned. Sometimes with good reeason other times just cause I'm lazy.:o
I have until July (1st dress fitting) to lose the weight... but think I am running out of time.
You must be so excited Emm - 13 weeks to go, are you all ready Sweetie.
