That's a good idea. Check the dates and put everything away that can last until after the wedding. Thanks0

Some of our stuff can't wait till after the wedding but quite a bit can so that is good. We are also being restrained and having just some and then putting it back. It is really hard though as normally we would just sit and eat through a whole pack of whatever. OH is being better too so it helps that we are both encouraging each other. That said I hate being told what to do and if he says we should only have a couple of something and then put it away it makes me want to eat even more just 'cos I can! haha.
My soup is yummy, only got one more portion after today. Think I will make some more. It's really nice and warming in this cold weather0 -

I made root veg soup yesterday - onion, garlic, potato, carrots and parsnips. With a red pepper thrown in as it was lurking at the bottom of the fridge! It's sweet and thick and just right for this miserable day!
I will give mountain dew a miss!

Mine is sweet potato and carrot with a pepper, onion and normal potato chucked in to bulk it up a bit. It is really yummy. Rups have you actually made any soup or you just collecting recipes? heehee. I always go through my cook books and mark the things I think sounds nice and hardly ever get round to actually making them!
We have got tacos again for dinner as our fridge is practically empty (aside from chrsitmas chocolate!) but the shop is coming this evening so will have endless options tomorrow!0 -
Swapping soup recipes sounds good! The last soup I made was cream of mushroom, so yummy on a cold night!0
