I never thought of it only being 2lbs a week for 12 weeks, I was panicking because I need to lose the bulk of my weight before my friend's wedding in May. Gym for me tonight too Jo, I also got zumba for the wii for my xmas so think I'll have a go on that later tonight too!

I think it is 2lbs a week for 14 weeks! Ubless I work on different numbers? Either way, it isn't really that long. I know I am useless at sticking to things, but with a lot of goading from you guys I think I can stick to it.

Saying that, I just opened the bakery cupboard to look for something and there was a bar of Milka my OH bought for me over Christmas. I WILL wait until the kids home and share it.

It is so hard to be strict though with all the food still lying around after christmas. We have absolutely loads!! Luckily lots of it can be saved till after the wedding and we have a tin of unopened quality street which i may use some of in the sweetie buffet haha.

Megan, maths isnt my strong point, lol. I didnt really buy a lot of bad food for over christmas, and luckily we didnt get any chocolates this year!

Just read a pretty disgusting story that has put me off of ever drinking fizzy juice again :( Good for the diet though....

When I was 9 years old someone put one of their baby teeth into a can of coke. Within a week it had dissolved completely. I have never drunk coke since and rarely drink fizzy drinks. Unless they have an alcohol content!!
