Goodness. just goes to show you really never can tell.

They do get worked hard, but frankly I would work that hard for results like that! If I could get ship shape again in 6 weeks of really hard training I would do it.

I watched it last night too, never seen it before. I couldn't believe how much they lost in a week it was amazing! Shows with some (well a LOT) of dedication you can do it. I must do more exercise. Suddenly realised how soon the wedding is!

They are really strict on it aren't they and carefully monitored. Not something you could do on your own at home. Plus there isn't time to exercise as much as they do due to havingto work!

Its 14th April Jo so the one inbetween heehee. Just over 3 months to go. We can give notice soon :) quite excited! we have to decide on our vows then too so need to read through the stuff again and choose the music I think. Need to get my birth certificate from my parents too. Oh dear loads to do!!!

Thanks Hadley - I know, it was working ok before i gave up. I am not going to the classes - saving my £5 per week so I can buy some drinks on wedding night!!

I hope to have lost a minimum of a stone by then, but have desires for nearer 2 stone... (A girl can dream)

Birthday on Saturday, then a straight run without temptations or occasions until the wedding!

I'm sure you will be fine at tonights weigh in Hadley.

Did anyone watch 'Biggest loser' last night? HOW did they lose that much in a week? Or was it more than a week - I only caught the last 20 minutes or so!

    Megan

Hey 2 stone is only 12 weeks of losing 2lbs. Its not as daunting if you think of it in chunks. Thats how I'm trying to approach it. My first goal is to lose a stone - I was 2lb away from it, but with the odds put on over the last few weeks its more like 5lb now. :rotfl:I would love to do that over the next 2 weeks and its definately possible just need to find the willpower. :)

Then after that will have to look at the over couple of stone...:rotfl:

Argh! There was something I did at work recently and I just realised I did it 3 months ago. And the wedding is in 4 months!:eek::eek:

Thanks Hadley. I think, being realistic, if I have 10 weeks (Taking birthday and another 'off week' into account) I could make 20lbs. That would make 1 stone 6lbs, which I would be delighted with.

Now I have to really stick to it. Like really, really, really stick to it. My sister has joined on line too. She doesn't live near by but it is a bit of support for each other,

Oh whoops! Lol. If ppl can loose 2 stone in 12 weeks healthily, I should def be able to loose... Grr! I will try harder and do better. Although I would be dead by my wedding if I carried on at that rate... Not the desired outcome! :D
