Read and show him this. People are saying Princess Royal is good and Mayday is bad (especially the first post on the second page).

thanks for this. now the question is do i ring the GP again and ask for a referral again? i checked google and it would take us 18 mins to drive from ours to there. Hubby was worried about getting to the hosp on time.. no sign of my scan date too. they are so slow. thanks for that link will send it to him.;)

That is a really good idea Jo! My BM is being pretty good (only having one) but she seems more interested in the fun stuff, like planning the hen do than the less exciting things like coming shopping for bits and bobs. We are the first to get married in our group of friends too. It's hard knowing what to do. I've only been to 3 weddings, all of them a long time ago, so not sure what we are meant to do so instead doing whatever we want haha.

I had maccaroni cheese for dinner last night, but not with too much cheese in it and with vegi bacon, sweetcorn and peas so a bit healthier.

Oh I love maccaroni cheese - yum yum. have just thought maybe I can make an SW version.

Was supposed to be going to the supermarket to get bits for SW fish pie, but we have a meeting with our union rep about possible redundancy at lunch time - so that will have to wait.

Think I need to sort out how much I really want to lose (and how much is realistic to lose) and get motivated again.

In terms of wedding planning have just realised how much I have to do over the next few months. Panic panic

Ok, I'm back on the old SW bandwagon....

I have gained 2 pounds over Christmas, so all together I am 3 pounds less than I was at the start of Decmeber!! HO ho ho, what a poor effort.

Getting married in less than 12 weeks, PLEASE help me loose the weight!!

    How is everyone?

    HI Megan,

    Happy New Year.

Well done for only gaining 2lb over christmas. I gained a 1.5lbs at my weigh in on the 29th - dreading tomorrow as that will have the New Year weight as well. :(

Seriously - SW does work!! You have time to lose in 12 weeks. :)

Thanks Hadley - I know, it was working ok before i gave up. I am not going to the classes - saving my £5 per week so I can buy some drinks on wedding night!!

I hope to have lost a minimum of a stone by then, but have desires for nearer 2 stone... (A girl can dream)

Birthday on Saturday, then a straight run without temptations or occasions until the wedding!

I'm sure you will be fine at tonights weigh in Hadley.

Did anyone watch 'Biggest loser' last night? HOW did they lose that much in a week? Or was it more than a week - I only caught the last 20 minutes or so!

    The blonde woman? I don't know. That's a shock.

I don't normally watch that kind of thing, but I really couldn't get over the weight loss.
