yep i agree and no matter what anyone says, running on a treadmill is so much different than outside. i can run for about ten mins in the gym but when i am out, i just die! i was worried as my chest felt so tired and my lungs couldnt cope. when i was in kung fu later, i was coughing like i was ill. god i dont know why my running fitness is so appauling?
thanks for the link giddy.Became Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Well done Rups!!
I also over ate somewhat this weekend as I was at my godparents who are very foodie people. Had a lovely time thoughAnd they have very generously offered to pay for a posh hotel for us on our wedding night as our present!!
Jo; how was York? Did you get your flowers sorted?
I must be good the rest of the week now. Going to stay strong!!0 -
York was good. The flower factory was amazing, I really enjoyed it and felt like auntie Mabel (from kiddies show with pippin the dog n spotty plane...) did get the flowers sorted too, exactly what we wanted.:T0

Glad you got them sorted
I am the same age as you but totally do not get your 'auntie mabel' reference...
Breakfast was porridge as usual. Lunch is carrot, cucumber and celery sticks, couple of breadsticks, mini babybel light, orange, apple and fruit winder. There are new chocolate biscuits calling me from downstairs!0 -
Think it's called come outside or something... It was a kind of how things work type program, she receives a letter then decides to follow her reply to see what happens in the process etc. actually as an adult it's quite enjoyable... It doesn't patronise the kids etc,:T0

well done sugar on the loss... i just happened to weight myself and saw i had put on.. could be due to AF coming soon? grrrr
anyway last night was ok-ish.. got home with the hubby and started on one slice of pizza and then made myself some noodles with veggies which i have brought into work for lunch.
no more pizza left at home. phew!! hubby finished the rest. we also made some home-made mince pies as we have friends round for dinner. it took us such a short time to make something so naughty.. they tasted so lovely when hot. i only had one to 'test' heheBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!
