    Thanks Rups. :)

You are right, I need to treat it as a challenge!! And I will do well :rotfl:

Not sure if I'll be at SW on Thursday (will depend on whats happening with stepdad), but if I go I am going to lose that 3lb I need!! (unlikely - but its a goal). :rotfl:

Salad and diet coke for lunch all free on SW - so its a start. :rotfl:

Hadley that isn't bridezilla at all. My BM is much thinner than me and each time I see her I ply her with sweets and chocolate haha. The downside of that is that I eat it too! lol.

Oh dear Rups, hope you feel better soon. I am sure a nice relaxing weekend will do the trick.

I have just started lunch (of which there is lots but it is healthy); red onion soup (pretty healthy aside from the port haha), carrot, cucumber, celery and pepper sticks, apple, orange, mini babybel light and couple of breadsticks. Sounds like loads but it is mostly fruit and veg so not too bad.

5lbs is really good to lose in a week. I wish I could lose more each week because the wedding is not that long away and I need to lose a lot.

I have already cut my calories to the minimum so the only way to lose more is through exercise. I'm going to claim my free taster PT session at the gym with an instructor that is qualified in rehabilitation training so should be able to handle my EDS. I will also book the spin class because I think I should be able to handle that.

If the PT is good then I might just go more and it will just have to be a wedding expense.

Edit: Booked spin class for Sunday morning. Just need to wait for them to contact me about the PT taster session.

Oh and I worked out I have lost 10% of my goal.

I think you always lose more the first week of a diet though, really going to try and keep it up but not already not expecting a big loss next week.

When I was 18-21 I could just watch my eating for 2 days and I'd drop a few lb! Why can't it always be that easy. :(

Congratulations on reaching 10% of your goal Olokia. :T

Glad a few of you have booked spinning/thinking of booking spinning. I won't be the only one sat at my desk thinking how much my bum hurts. :p

:rotfl:I love the idea of feeding up the bridesmaids. All 4 of my bridesmaids have super figures, I won't want to stand next to them! Maybe just a few lbs though, nothing that means dress alterations. ;)

    Thanks

I'm looking forward to the spinning class on Sunday, I just hope my joints will be ok.

One of my bridesmaids is super skinny and the other one has not lost the lbs after giving birth in March. When I asked the second one what size dress should I order she said that as she is losing lots of lbs so should be a size 10 by next May. I could only find size 14s of the dress as they were discontinuing them so was going to order them and get my dressmaker to adjust them but I think I am lucky that I ordered a bigger dress as she still seems to be about size 14-16

I have been quite good today. I had a little choc biccy when I got home but only one and mainly as it wouldn't fit in the tub (excuses excuses I know). We are having taccos for dinner; yummy and pretty healthy with soya mince.

Oh good luck tomorrow Rups!! Hope it goes well and you feel better.

My BM (who goes to the gym 3 times a week [this could be why she is much skinnier than me!]) went to spinning once but found it so hard! Good luck Olokia. I have a gym up the road and am tempted to join but don't know if I would go. Hmmm
