About to leave for the spin class and I am a little nervous as it seems hard. But it can't be any harder than BMF...

That was fun. Need to see if it will affect my EDS tomorrow morning and if it doesn't then I will definitely go back.

I need to get back on the wagon!

As of tomorrow, I am back to counting calories, as that is the only thing that seems to work for me....

Yay! Glad you enjoyed it. Hope you're still feeling good this morning.

I've just booked spinning class for tomorrow night.

I ate a sausage sandwich for breakfast this morning. :o I've just worked out it was more than half my daily WW points allowance, oops. I'm going to have to try and eat soup for lunch and salad for tea to balance it out.

well i did the santa run on Saturday and i was hopeless. i managed to finish it in under an hour (that was my aim). time doesnt bother me so much yet, as i was only aiming to finish but didnt want to take hours. hehe. then had kung fu and was completely dead on Saturday. could not move so poor hubby did everything and yesterday, i finished off my thank you cards. yay!!! food wise, we were naughty and had Dominos. Uh hum..

am hopeing to be back on track this week onwards. :0)

  • Congrats on finishing the santa run Rups. :j That surely balances out the Dominos, no need to feel guilty.

I wish I could run, I'm so bad! I keep starting the sofa to 5k plan but I never seem to make it past week 3. :rotfl:

Get well soon Jo. Winter bugs are horrible.

thanks giddytimes. i am rubbish. i even didnt train or anything as the thought of running scares me.. my marathon runner friends were like ' we can wait for you if you want' and i said no way.. so they finished 6k in around 30 mins and i took 52 mins! hahaha.. my main aim was to finish, and time didnt bother me, but at the end, i just looked at the stupid big timer! haha.. i need to start as i knw running helps lose weight along with weights stuff etc..

Jo get well. lots of yummy soups! :0)

It's a NHS plan you can download, it's here-
    http://www.nhs.uk/livewell/c25k/Pages/couch-to-5k.aspx

Basically a combination of walking and running for 9 weeks, slowly building up to running the whole 5k.
The problem is it's just too damn cold for outdoor running at the moment. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.........:rotfl:
