Did you have nice evening though Rups? It's not like you are having friends round every day for a three course meal. I think you should enjoy special occasions :)

Am getting a bit bored of porridge in the mornings but it does keep me fuller for much longer than coco pops which what I have otherwise.

    Morning

I still hurt from the spin class on Sunday but definitely going back as soon as I can move without pain again.

I have a problem at the moment that a few of my friends are moving to a new job in a different part of the country. So I have their leaving dos and also having meeting up with them quite a lot before they go which usually means eating out or takeaway food.

I don't think anyone who puts this much effort into loosing weight plans on putting it back on tbh! :rotfl:

I spent ages losing 10kgs a couple of years ago but I put quite a bit on when I went to New York (and got engaged) and I just love takeaways too much so I put the 10kgs back on. Although I think some of it is muscle because of BMF because I definitely don't look as big as the last time I was this weight.

hey olokia. my bums sore from the cycle seat at spin. ouch. :(

i guess when you go out with friends, just try and eat something slightly more healhtier than them. ;( its sad i know. i did that when my friend was on WW and she could eat chinese food and as much i love sweet and sour chicken, i swapped to some version of spicy chicken with rice. it was still yum :)

I went again last night and am currently in a lot of pain. :rotfl:
One of the girls in the class brought a padded seat with her, which slipped over the saddle. I'm seriously considering buying one on Ebay.

Glad you've found something to replace BMF Olokia.

I didn't really have a problem with the seat, I was a little bruised that day but it is my thighs especially just above my knee that really hurt. I think it was cycling while standing up that hurt my muscles.

Just looked when the next spin class is and its tonight which I can't do because I still hurt, Friday morning 7am - no chance far too early so I will go back on Sunday.

I just had a look on Ebay and then decided to add a spin seat cover to my Christmas list. :D I need to do less impulsive buying, we need every spare penny for the wedding. Even though it does mean suffering a sore bum for another few weeks.

I actually felt guilty last weekend because I didn't do any exercise  I have NEVER felt guilty about not exercising before. Long may it continue.

Good luck with Pump Rups, I haven't been brave enough to try that class yet.

its good to feel the guilt. :) i used to feel that before the wedding and now i have started feeling that again. so am glad. at first i hated pump. there is so much faffinf around sorting yoru stations out and weights but now i am in a routine so enjoy it, plus the teacher is amazing. i will miss her when we move offices next year :(

I am not saying it doesn't happen. It happened to me, what I meant was you don't purposfully try and gain weight after. It just creeps back on.

I need to feel guilty about not exercising! Need the motivation but just can't seem to get it :( must force myself till I get back into the swing of it.
